Booking through loveholidays was straightforward, no real issues there. The hotel itself was okay, but the room didn’t feel properly cleaned. The bathroom had a few marks and the floors felt a bit dusty, like they’d only had a quick once-over. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just compared to other places I’ve stayed where... I expected it to be a bit cleaner.

The booking itself went through fine, so I’ll give them that. But the updates could’ve been a lot clearer. I found myself checking more than I should have, which was a bit annoying. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I’d feel better using it again if the communication was more straightforward.

I booked our trip using the loveholidays app and it was straightforward. I found the hotel, flights and luggage options without getting myself confused, which is always a bonus because I usually end up second guessing things halfway through. "Not terrible, but I wouldn’t book again"
Booked a holiday with loveholidays. It started off fine. Good price. Easy enough to book. No real issues at first.

Then we had a problem with the room. That’s when it got annoying. Hotel told us to contact loveholidays. Loveholidays told us to speak to the hotel. Just stuck in the middle. The holiday wasn’t ruined, but it was more stressful than it needed to be. Probably wouldn’t use them again.

Booked through loveholidays and, to be fair, the hotel was pretty much exactly as shown in the photos and description. The room, pool, and location all matched what we expected, so there weren’t any nasty surprises when we arrived. Just a warning to others though: make sure you read the details carefully before booking so you know exactly what’s included.

booking was easy overall, but the price did go up a bit once the extras and fees showed up. it wasn’t a huge deal, i just wish everything was clearer from the start so you know what you’re actually paying.
